    2001... could be a number of things. A fuse tester is pretty cheap. That fuse is usually linked to other things. It's more than likely that the switch is bad or something is wrong in the ECU. I'd look there, but when it comes to auto electrical, you'll probably want a shop to take a look. Wires get loose and old after 11 years of use.

    Control module i heard but hey it's over 10 years old. You'll need the manual and a vom meter to check it further.

    It could be anything from the switch at the master to components in the steering column. Best bet is to get it diagnosed at a shop and take it from there.
