I felt at the moment that I was dealing with a 39 year old child. Kind of creepy! It seems that he values and cherishes "things" more than human beings. I have lost many things in my life and I just get over it, move on and find more things. Things are meaningless! I told him this and he treated me as if i could not understand his lose.

Some people attach themselves to things when they are very lonely and empty feeling. This is what leads to those hoarding disorders. I think this is a red flag. Don't marry the guy.

He has proposed to me over ten times. I flat out told him that I will never marry again. He does not understand. He is a loner, not too many friends.

I am a loner myself, I have friends but don't like a crowd or a busy social life. Being a loner is not a sign of emotional deficiency but this guy does sound emotionally deficient. Why are you still with him?

It's time to tell yourself that you deserve better and that being alone is better than being with the wrong guy. I wish you well.

He did not have any loss, he was having a temper tantrum just like a three year old. This man has lost his grip on reality.

Find yourself a real man with character and humanity.

    Than you for your support.

It has been very hard for me to find a good man. It seems like a lot of men who seem very charismatic at first, turn out to be very self-centered and egotistical.

You simply have to be patient and wait for the right man to come alone. Be happy with who you are and you life. When you least expect it someone really great will be there for your. Desperate searching will never return good results.

Ask him why a watch is so important to him, maybe?

Of course, if he isn't outright asking you to buy him a watch, you could always, you know, feign ignorance on the subject. Not sure if that would help much, but it's always an option.
