WELL the truth is Barack Hussein Obama is the most evil lying deceptive marxist progressive to the left. So far LEFT that if the earth was flat He'd fall off. He is the pupety of George Soros evil again. BUT AMERICA's evil citizens chose him. They couldnt have checked him out. No evil follows evil. THIS leader (term used loosely) has violated laws and the Constitution so many times. And his front man ERICK HOLDER is the evil man pushing it to destroy this country and all the REAL americans stand for. ONLY GOD ALMIGHTY CAN HEAL THIS LAND AND DEAL WITH SUCH EVIL AND HE WILL.

Harry Truman killed thousands of innocent, nonviolent Japanese people when he dropped the atomic bombs at the end of World War II. These were human beings just like you and me, going about their daily lives, with dreams and hopes and fears, not meaning to hurt anyone -- he just killed them. He never built a memorial or anything. He didn't even show any visible signs of remorse. fears meaning hurt killed built memorial visible signs remorse

The act of dropping the atom bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki was indeed horrifying. But it is important to remember that the war with Japan was still on. The destruction that Japan had caused was far greater than the A-bomb damage. just add the numbers of dead and wounded that was caused by having to fight Japan. Then compare that to America's nuclear attack. It was the means to an end. It may well have caused less deaths than dragging the war out by fighting conventionally. I think it was the better choice.

I guess you are not familiar with the style of war Japan wanted to fight. The goal was total war, fight to every last person and take as many Allied troops as possible. The goal for them was to be as bloody as possible. Hence the rationale behind kamikaze fighters.

The use of nuclear weapons showed them that the means existed to inflict massive casualties without taking any. It undermined the total war concept the Japanese plan to inact as they would theoretically suffer massive casualties without doing much damage to the Allied forces.

In the end the use of those two bombs likely saved more Japanese and Allied lives than it took.

And mind you that use of the bomb wasn't on a whim. The order didn't come with a smile.

You nailed it. Federal Reserve Act, fired every single black Federal employee, and his arrogance led to the punitive reparation placed upon Germany at the end of WWI, which in turn led to the conditions that allowed for the rise of Hitler and the Nazis.

Andrew Jackson Orchestrated the Trail of Tears. The round-up of all Cherokee and the death march to Oklahoma. I had 2 grandmothers who walked it and were left on the roadside for dead.

Like blood thirsty, racist, you know, what would make something that would consider someone evil, not just incompetent. Like Carter wasn't evil, just incompetent, Wilson was evil

In that case, I'd say none of them have been truly evil.

Corrupt, self serving, incompetent and malicious? Yes, most of them IMO.

But truly evil? Like Hitler, for instance?
    No.

That's why I hate it when anyone makes comparisons to the Nazis or Hitler.

That is TRUE evil, and while we surely have some bastards screwing us over, no one has descended to that level of malevolence... yet.

My idea of what evil is has to do with the amount of pain that is inflicted onto others in a purposeful way.
Truly evil people are different than someone who temporarily lose self control. Truly evil people live to hurt others.
