Usually right on 8 hrs. Already have diabetes, not overweight, get plenty of sleep, don't eat a lot junk food oh and guess what the AMA lowered the sugar levels about 10 years ago and just recently again. Do I smell 1 in 3 are now diabetics and who profits from this? Oh let me guess the Doctors, and Pharmaceutical companies. Do I trust medicine? Just a hair bit more than a politician.

When you get enough sleep it rejuvenate you. Sleep, reduce dark circle under the eyes and it gives the mind some rest. Get as much sleep as you can, your eyes will thank you!

Bout nine or ten most nights.

When I was going through a time of being physically and emotionally bullied away from my family, I hardly got any sleep at all. I really believe in sleep debt. After that incident, on the weekends I would sleep about eleven hours, wake up to eat lunch, and then sleep until dinner. I did almost nothing but study when I was awake.

I didn't sleep at all last night, got about 2 hours the night before, and about an 1&1/2 hours the night before. My lack of sleep doesn't hinder, my productivity.
