How many hours of sleep do you get in each night? Getting sufficient sleep each night has lots of benefits like improved skin health, memory, and productivity, according to The Huffington Post. However, not getting enough ZZZs can have negative health consequences as well, including diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and depression.

HUFFINGTONPOST.COM reports:
Hard workers tend to deprive themselves of sleep in order to get more done, but sleep deprivation won't just leave you tired. It can lead to diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and depression.

    not true times i've only had a few hours sleep woke up for work done the same output and sometimes better than having a long night sleep; the secret is selp belief and arrogance that you're better than anyone else

    But that's only from falling asleep between the hours of 4am-5am. If I fall asleep between 6am-8am, then my body only allows four hours.
