We didn't believe it was for real -- until we saw it on YouTube. Model Ioana Spangenberg of Romania has an unbelievably narrow 20-inch waist -- and viewers have checked her out on YouTube 3,426,214 times. Spangenberg's 32-inch hips look relatively normal, but Spangenberg is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs just 84 pounds, she tells The Sun. She also has a 20-inch waist.

"No one seems to believe it, but every day I eat three big meals and I snack on chocolate and crisps all the time," the 30-year-old told the British tabloid. "I just have a small stomach. It's a bit like having a natural gastric band -- if I eat too much, I feel sick."

She looks like a human Barbie doll (or a "human hourglass," as The Sun dubs her), but Spangenberg says she struggled with her self-esteem due to skinny size, and had trouble finding love until she met her husband. "Jan was the first person who saw me as beautiful and encouraged me to celebrate my body. He asked me to pose in some photos for him. He was so impressed he put them online and the response was amazing."

She could have been born with an abnormally small ribcage and organs. But i think she had some ribs removed and/or has worn a corset her whole life. I can't imagine a skeleton ever naturally having a ribcage that small. What bothers me is, how can someone with a waist that tiny be able to stand up and hold up their upper body weight? Without breaking her back or something.

She doesn't have to wear a corset to look like that. And I'm kinda ashamed that so many people would just assume that's what she does. If she wore a corset, which she would have to for years, she'd be dead, because it'd be on 24/7 and those things crush your ribs and organs. She's also anorexic if you didn't notice. When she walks past the camera in the beginning you can see her hip bones protruding under the dress. Which for one isn't natural. And for two is a danger to her.

It is possible, anything is. I don't think its possible though to look like that just by starving yourself. Though it could be a corset.

AsI said, it is the hips and female organs that have to do with reproductions and the waistline has nothing do do with that at all. Even the malnurished women in third world countries manage to deliver children on a regular basis.

That's gross. I'm 5' 6'' and weigh 140 pounds, I'm still skinny and healthy. That's not healthy, whether she has some disease where she was born like that or starves herself, I don't know. A 12 inch different between your hips and waste should show that something's wrong...
