Hopefully she wins.

First, she did not pull her shirt up. Someone else pulled down the strap of her shirt exposing her breast even as she protested NO

Second, this company really should have these girls sign consent forms to have them shown on their DVDs, it not only protects the girl from being shown without permission. It protects the company from people filing bogus lawsuits.

Don't show it if you don't want it seen! Think before you do! Anybody could be watching! And how do you not know somebody lifted your shirt? That just sounds like the perfect lie to win the lawsuit.

So her breast there out in public , and she is upset they were put on video... People can get millions for anything . Someone just one 3 million for a coco spread not being healthy. It's coco .

Nutella! I heard that one. The lady claimed that the commercial was trying to represent Nutella as being healthy spread when its not and she won.

They did the same thing with Vita-coco.

What irks me about that is that you have the label what tells you how bad it is for you . Yet she was shocked it was not good for her kid. The fact that got money makes me sick.

It seems a little too convenient that she wasn't wearing a bra to me. (Suspiiiiiiiicious) Pulling a shirt up like that isn't so easy when its not on you and it gives enough time to stop it in time(don't ask why I know that -_-;). Personally, it sounds planned to me. But no, I didn't read that part initially, (didn't even see the article). :)

If you don't want them seen, keep them in your shirt. If it's out in the public view, It's a PUBLIC view. I don't have anything against public nudity, personally, but don't get naked and scream about getting looked at. Smart though.
