Miley Cyrus is at it again. Just a month ago, she was seen in public wearing a very revealing cutoff T-shirt... and no bra. She also reportedly left a Pilates class without wearing any underwear. Then, at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards, she wore a short white Jean Paul Gaultier jacket … and nothing else (as in nothing that could be mistaken for pants).

The 19-year-old, who is dating "The Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth, is also making headlines for her candid interview on "The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet," in which she says that sex is "beautiful."
"The girls that really base how much they’re worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad. Because sex is actually really beautiful. It’s the only way we create, and it’s the only way the world keeps going. So it’s ignorant not to talk to your kids about it or not make it seem as magical or cool as it actually is. When I get dressed, how I look to myself, how comfortable I am. Those are what I think of. It never crosses my mind what someone else will think of my clothing. Because I just don't care.
