Miley Cyrus is at it again. Just a month ago, she was seen in public wearing a very revealing cutoff T-shirt... and no bra. She also reportedly left a Pilates class without wearing any underwear. Then, at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards, she wore a short white Jean Paul Gaultier jacket … and nothing else (as in nothing that could be mistaken for pants).
In the latest display of Miley's exhibitionism, the former tween star was spotted wearing a halter blouse that was completely open at the side and no bra to speak of, revealing major "sideboob" ... again.

But she has retained some of her modesty. As she ran along the street in Los Angeles, Miley held down the side of the top to avoid baring all, The Daily Mail reports. She did, however, reveal the large "dreamcatcher" tattoo on her ribcage.
The 19-year-old, who is dating "The Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth, is also making headlines for her candid interview on "The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet," in which she says that sex is "beautiful."
"The girls that really base how much they’re worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad. Because sex is actually really beautiful. It’s the only way we create, and it’s the only way the world keeps going. So it’s ignorant not to talk to your kids about it or not make it seem as magical or cool as it actually is. Kids have a TV, so they know what sex is. So educate them and let them know… it’s a beautiful thing, and it is magic, and it’s when you connect with somebody. And it isn’t how much you’re worth. Your worth isn’t based on that, your worth is based on how you feel about yourself." We have to hand it to her -- those are some wise words, Miley.

I don't get how people can say she is an appropriate actress to be in a religious movie when first off she isn't religious, second off she is as inappropriate as it gets. You see celebrities wearing lot beautiful dresses and all glitz and glamour to an awards show and then you got Miley barely even covered up. It's pathetic really.It's one thing getting attention and another getting the wrong kind of attention. If your really that sad that you CRAVE attention then do something good, she has plenty of money why doesn't she give some to charity? Or go and give presents to homeless children? Or do a race for life for cancer research or something instead of running across the street flashing her chest? x
BTW is that a tattoo and of what?
