Michelle Obama's Oscars Dress Photoshopped by Iranian Broadcaster: Was It Too Revealing?

Michelle Obama looked stunning Sunday night when she appeared via live satellite on the Oscars in a shimmering Naeem Khan gown. The FLOTUS was chosen to announce the winner of Best Picture since "Lincoln" was expected to win, and while she shocked attendees by presenting the award to "Argo" instead, that wasn't the only upset...

Iran's Far News was none too pleased with the First Lady's dress, or rather, the amount of skin she showed. They posted a picture to their site of Obama presenting the award, but photoshopped her dress so that the neckline was higher and her shoulders were covered.

Check out the pics below and let us know what you think. Was Obama's dress too revealing, or were they overreacting?

This is one time I really don't care. Michelle Obama is old enough to dress herself.

I don't like Obama at all in terms of how his presidency has been BUT I think Michelle is alright and, I honestly don't see an issue with her outfit here. In the edited picture, it looks as if they made her skin darker... weird, usually it's the other way around and either way is wrong to do. In the end of it all though I don't think there should be so much focus on the 1st lady like she's some celebrity.... all 'famous' people are glorified too much and then before we know it, their egos explode on us all.

Actually the dress wasn't inappropriate, the fact that the first lady was doing this to begin with is what's really inappropriate. As I've said all along, they are nothing more than Hollywood Wannabe's.

It seems people want to edit what she says and what she wears....

ABC edits her quotes about automatic weapons... They edit her dress.. Magazines photoshop her...

Ummm doesn't that tell you something about her. Everyone changes her.. I wonder why.

Just because she is the first lady, it doesn't mean that she has to wear top-to-bottom covering dresses even if she doesn't want. If she is comfortable in revealing dresses then what's the problem? Although the dress is not at all revealing.

She does have a nice body. She needs to show it off more. I would have asked her to wear something in leather and i would made sure to at least show some cleavage...plus some side boobage to. Michelle Obama is nice looking woman. She needs to be showing off more.

She's also the first lady, not supposed to be dressed like some scum on the cover of a porn magazine. I don't believe slutty clothes would make her any more attractive, in fact, it'd make her less attractive. less classy. less likeable.

I didn't mean slutty clothing. You have a real imagination if that you assumed i wanted her to dress that way. You really Ass u me alot don't u?

Well, you meant revealing clothing right? I mean I believe a woman with a nice body should be allowed to flaunt it but there are just lines in which should not be crossed. Especially women in the spotlight like her being famous have to be more careful. I don't understand what you were trying to say if not that, please explain.

This is the kind of thing you get with a theocracy. Silliness. Dress was fine, did they 'cover up' all the other female attendees?

Women are supposed to keep the guys guessing what's under their outfit not wear so little that they already know. There's a point where sexy becomes slutty. God awful dress nevermind the skank factor it holds. She's a pretty woman, she needs to mature and stop acting like typical stupid, egotistic celebrities and put on some clothes. lol, so case in point... I agree with you both. Attractive doesn't mean some girl with a fake nice body wearing barely any clothes like some model on the cover of a porn magazine.
