Cannibal attacks and bath salts have received a lot of media attention after Rudy Eugene gnawed off the face of a homeless man in Miami Beach. The media and police focused on bath salts as the potential culprit for the cannibal-like attack. But a coroner's report showed that Rudy Eugene had no signs of drugs in his body other than (drum roll) Marijuana.

Did Marijuana cause the cannibal attack? Did the coroner make a mistake? Or did the coroner participate in a conspiracy against Marijuana by lying about the evidence of drugs in Rudy Eugene's body?

Drugs of any kind have an effect on humans. Caffeine, heroine, PCP, bath salts and even Marijuana change human behavior. Do you consider Marijuana dangerous?

Yahoo News Reports:A Miami man killed by police after he chewed off a big chunk of the face of a homeless man had marijuana in his system but no other drugs, authorities said on Wednesday. Police had speculated that Rudy Eugene, who was found naked gnawing on his victim's face on the off-ramp of a downtown Miami bridge, may have been under the influence of a synthetic drug known as bath salts at the time of the attack. The Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner Department said in a statement that results from toxicology tests identified only components of marijuana. ...

Marijuana didn't cause his psychotic breakdown resulting in him eating that guy's face. That's a pretty big leap from cocaine and bath salts which have been known to induce these mental breakdowns.

It's like this. Zombies walk around like drunk idiots and because some people's acting skills are so horrible they need to get pumped full of absinthe to blend in. That and if the zombie apocalypse is coming, I might as well enjoy every minute of in any way I can. If I die a happy drunk, yahoo for me. Oh yeah and supposedly absinthe is toxic to zombies

Good point, if we are drunk we wont stress over what's outside. I like it, hand over a bottle lol! I'm going to do what they did on the walking dead series... Cover myself in zombie guts and pretend like I'm like a flesh eater. Being drunk will just make it that much better. Care for a Green Russian anyone?

Since about 70% of the population has used marijuana without eating anyone's face, I think it's safe to say that it wasn't the weed that made him do it. He was probably just nuts. Either that or he was on something they either didn't test for or don't have a test for.

I smoked a little pot in my youth and have known many pot smokers. If anything it makes a person less dangerous. I bet they found water in that guys system too. Maybe that set him off.

Marijuana is a good medicine that saves lives. It is a good treatment for many cancers, glaucoma and several other ailments. If it was legal it could save even more lives and cure more ailments.

Rudy Eugene was also carrying a Bible with him, and THAT is what caused the cannibalistic rage, (Religion can make people crazy). Marijuana has been around for millions of years and is completely safe and natural, in fact, marijuana is healthy for people.

Look at the Rastafarians of Jamaica, they do not go around eating people's faces and are among the most peaceful people on the planet.

(Is anyone trying to suggest that Rudy Eugene has a bad case of the 'munchies'?)

Not necessarily completely safe. Abuse has negative side effects...paranoia, psychosis, whities, cancer, hallucinations (rare), headaches... not to mention... loss of job, poor family life, economic poverty...

That said, better for you than alcohol. (Although a negative is still a negative unless, you have a serious amount of pain/ms)

Sounds about right to me. I'll go with that. (Though I might put Heroin and Crack/Cocaine above Alcohol).

Speed is another one of those drugs...surprisingly useful...it is also a double edged sword (causes twice as much harm to the user in a trade off for how much benefit you get out of it).
