What's the problem? Men have worn skirts far longer than women throughout time so it is a returning fashion! Men (like women) should be able to wear what they want. Men can easily rock a skirt: http://www.picturetrail.com/s... Note: they still look like men just as women in pants still look like women. Some look great in a formal skirt suit with tie. These guys are NOT "cross dressing" trying to look like women but are enjoying the freedom a short skirt provides with no friggin crotch seams or tubes of cloth over the legs. A sensation very few men know but once experienced he will not want to give up the skirt!
Obviously a guy wearing a skirt to work is not your typical homophobe and a product of social conditioning but a guy who thinks for himself.
PS: A Kilt IS a Skirt by definition. It is just a particular type of skirt and there are thousands unlike men's boring boring wardrobe. A "kilt" is usually tartan, heavy, hot and expensive and completely unnecessary because women's skirts fit a male fine without modification when the right size is worn. Yeah... wear undies as you will have the exact same issues women have with an inadvertent flash now and then but if covered so what!
