Are you McLovin’ it? Neither are a whole lot of other people. According to Yahoo!, McDonald's finished dead last in a ranking of fast-food restaurants by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

And in case you haven’t been paying attention, McDonald’s has ranked last in the ranking every year since 1995, except for once in 2009. Well, when your average employee looks to be about 15 years old, that could be part of the problem …
McDonald's issued a statement in response to the annual index: "At McDonald’s, customer satisfaction has, and continues to be, a top priority. We take all customer feedback seriously. Our internal and third-party research shows that we continue to make progress in satisfying our customers....Still, we know we can do more by continuing to offer our customers great value, menu variety and a positive service experience every time they visit our restaurants.”
Indeed, the service at McDonald’s may be getting better. The 73 percent satisfaction rating isn’t too bad – and it’s up from the chain’s all-time low of 59 percent in 2000.

If I want McDonald's, I go to the one further away just for the better attitude. The quality of the food is just as good, and the service there doesn't have me rolling my eyes, nor makes me want to shake them by the shoulders and tell them to get the bloody fark over whatever is bringing them down.
OK, I'm not sure if it was ever food.
"Fast Food"'s an oxymoron
I sh!t you not.
I went on a website a long time ago and I see people complaining complaining so much! they had such bad experiences. so its no surprise why they rank the lowest.
That McDonalds pretends to take service serious is a crock. Way too many times I end up limp, cold, soggy fries and that's simply shameful. Fries are what McDonalds's made it's name on. Again other chain sometimes screw up but not to the extent McDonalds does. Complain, you get a blank look in return.
The McService was always Great and I believe that McDonalds is a Great place for someone just out of High school to get a Part-Time job to get some skills under his belt and learn some good Customer service skills. That's how i got started then went in the Navy.
My problem was always coming in and fighting the McFlys who were in competition with all the other McFlys fighting to see who was going to get to the frys first.
