How would one ascertain that this Barbie is the 'drag' version? Is it anatomically correct? Because that would be the only way to tell the difference between a regular Barbie and a Drag Queen Barbie.

As I posted above, "This will not be available in K-mart or what have you with all the other regular Barbie dolls. This is a special edition. Mattel have made Barbies of EVERYTHING - they're sold online or in speciality stores at much higher prices for collectors."

Well, I wouldn't so much call 'yay' - in this context - slang as I would a misspelling. Identically pronounced, 'yea' is an archaic form of 'yes'.

maybe it comes with a wig and removable breasts ; you could make one by just switching heads on a Ken doll drag barbie and tranny barbie . lol
