china is kwown for its cheap quality
as the saying goes the bitternessof bad quality remans longer in mind that the cheap prise
if you go in for a quality item which cost twice the prise but serves 4 times longer
if you go in for a cheaper item which has no life and then brood over its quality

You cannot complain about the economy if you are not buying American. If you buy the Cninese products, you are part of the reason the economy is bad. Nike pays $3.34 per week in Vietnam, Cambodia is 22 cents per hour, etc.

I love anything made in our country and why not?? Our hard labor and pride went into it and it's for our people. Can't say the same thing about foreign things made in China and wouldn't want to.

Not always that easy. My computer speakers are high-quality monitors designed by an American company called M-Audio. If you look closer at the assembly label however... it says "Designed in California, assembled in China." Unfortunately, a lot of "American" companies do this.

I usually try and buy American but with clothing it's extremely hard. My uniforms are made by union members in America and the prices are ridiculous! If we didn't have uniform allowances people would be freaking out but since they aren't paying out of their money, they don't care. My shorts cost $45 and the shoes are all over $100!
