A bowl of Rice Chex with rice milk, a half a turkey sandwich with Hellman's mayo and potato bread, six squares of dark chocolate, three Pecan Sandies, two small filet's of Talapia baked with Parmesan, seasonings, lemon and butter, rice, turnip greens, 6 oz. of apple juice, 40 oz. filtered water and a mug of rice milk. Oh, and one bite of a pita cracker.

Shredded wheat and blueberries with vanilla Greek yogurt. Multigrain crackers with a laughing cow cheese wedge. Grapes, a small steak on the grill with roasted potatoes and baby carrots. Pink lemonade and tons of water.
