    Definitely the woman wearing lingerie is sexier. Leaving something to the imagination is much more enticing in general. That's why most guys (unless they're gay or "strict" if you catch my drift) love to oogle girls in bikinis at the beach or pool. Letting it all out, on the hand, removes the imagination as well as the temptation, most of the time.
