I'll tell you something right now, this life is nothing compared to the afterlife, Jesus was a martyr.

Jesus didn't start his mision until he was 30 years old. I do think he had a very happy life for the most part. but being put to death was a very hard thing him to go through,

Well I do not think this question fits the occasion.., In the first place if what the bible say about Jesus and why He was placed here on earth is true.., He was not put here to necessarily enjoy life. Based on my understanding.., it was His mission to experience the plight of mankind.

Since man had made bad decisions in a world that was perfect.., there was a need to create an alternate option for mankind to arrive to the original intended destination. So Jesus mission was to experience both the pleasures and the foes of mankind in order for God to compensate for all of mankind's short falls.

As a result.., it is my opinion that if Jesus enjoyed life while here on earth.., it was not for the same reason that mankind seeks pleasure. So.., to answer the original question in short.., in my opinion.., NO...! He did not enjoy life.., rather..., He enjoyed serving His Father...JOMO

Only those who haven't read the Bible might think Jesus was some kind of downer, or that He didn't enjoy life, and want others to.

The Rabbi enjoyed life, he attended weddings and partied even going so far as to provide wine and food. He loved people, it's sin that he didn't like, which is why he became angry with the money changers at the temple.

He came and he had a job to do and he did it. Part of his job was to open the door for us to enjoy life, have victory as well as having eternal life.

You had every opportunity to provide it. You simply failed. Now you want to blame someone else for your own failure. Sorry you have proven are the only jerk here.

it didnt. Jesus always talked about death. He should have focused more on LIVING. He couldnt have come in 2012, because the shrinks would have thought him to be just a bit MOROSE!

Jesus Christ came to earth with a known purpose, it wasn't to have fun. He was able to enjoy time with His friends and family while teaching his disciples all they would need to know in the short time period he had before he would sacrifice Himself for all mankind knowing many would reject the salvation he was offering them. As a man it hurt Him to allow himself to die leaving everyone behind however, as God He knew what needed to be done. Jesus lived to set an example of how man was to live, nowhere did He say not to have fun and enjoy the live He's given us but we are also to remember to give reverence to Him for His sacrifice for us to be able to truly have life, through Him.

He loved his friends, followers and foes deeply. he was mostly happy but hurt deeply that people could not see the truth. He loved enough to die to save everyone.

To die was not his choice and he voiced that at the very end.

I'll bet he enjoyed his life. What we might think as fun I am sure he defied differently. Perspective

Considering the time he lived in I think he enjoyed life perhaps better than most. From a very early age he instinctively knew his mission in life and was very focused in that regard. He somehow knew that his time on earth was short and what he had to do to insure his message was heard. Not many humans have been tasked with such a great burden but I think he lived a good life because he knew where he was going. Who among us can say that?

All the armies that ever marched, all the navies that ever were built; all the parliaments that ever sat and all the kings that ever reigned, put together, have not affected the life of man upon this earth as powerfully as has that one solitary life..
