Lady Gaga Tweets Photo of Herself Without Makeup: Does She Look Better or Worse?

Usually, Lady Gaga has so much makeup on (not to mention the hair, hats, costumes and face masks) that it's hard to tell what she really looks like. Not anymore. Gaga -- who turns 26 tomorrow -- tweeted a photo herself without a stitch of makeup on, along with the message: "Have a beautiful day!!" Yes, it's true ... she was born this way:

For the photo, Gaga pinned her currently blonde hair back with a white flower behind her ear, and let her green tank top fall off one shoulder. The end result? Very natural and sexy (though we do think we detect some very light makeup.)

And it looks like her boyfriend agrees. Hollywood Life reports that Gaga's significant other, "The Vampire Diaries" actor Taylor Kinney, "is shopping for a promise ring." Hopefully they can survive love on the road .... Gaga's Born This Way ball tour kicks off next month.

    I don't see her as much different from many performers. They want to shock. Are you old enough when Elvis came on the stage? Many people were shocked although what he did would be considered tame today.

    A lot of women put make up on because they don't like that one thing on there face like me I don't like my freckles but my guy does and so does everyone else that i meet.

    I think most women tend to look better without loads of makeup.. But i love when women keep makeup very subtle and let their natural appearance show.
