The Kim Kardashian engagement-TV wedding-quickie divorce drama just keeps giving. Kim's estranged hubby, NBA player Kris Humphries, filed for an annulment on Wednesday on the grounds of fraud, People reports. Kim has already filed for divorce.
In his Superior Court filing, Humphries marks the box reading "nullity of voidable marriage" and checks as the basis the box saying "fraud," People reports. Under California law, a nullity is granted if the court finds that no valid marriage ever occurred. Hmm -- does that mean the 72-day marriage was JUST FOR A TV SHOW? Just wondering ...
Now, the former lovers may be heading for a legal battle. "There's a clear conflict if one spouse is seeking a divorce, but the other wants an annulment," family law attorney Scott Weston, who is not involved in the case, told People. "A judge will have to decide which to allow, which could take many months."

That said, a source told People that Kim would be happy with an annulment. "She always wanted an annulment but attorneys were against it so she's happy that both parties agree now," the source said.

This is while she seemingly forgets that she had her husband move in with her sister, her sister's boyfriend and their child solely so that she could film a show yet he wanted a house just for themselves. And this is while she leaves for a different country while leaving her husband to promote her brand name and then suddenly decides that intuition is telling her mind and heart that he isn't good for her and that she needs to divorce him.
Then she tells the public that he called her 'fat ass' and was verbal abusive by doing so, I mean hello has she not seen her ass in the mirror lately?
And besides how is Kris Humphries the bad guy in all this?
He spends 2 million on her engagment ring and probably a lot more for her wedding ring, agrees to their wedding being filmed and agrees to live with his wife's sisters small family in a small condo. He vacations with the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan and never once complains.
So yeah the judge should give Kris Humphries the annulment since this was a sham marriage for the public.
In cultures and families that take the union of marriage seriously, this is such a shame.
That broad shouldn't get a dime and she should have to return the rings to him.
