The burden falls on these women because a man will only do what a woman allows him to do and anything outside of this is RAPE!!! In my opinion, these women are the greatest at fault. Unfortunately, there are only two victims here the children who are left to pay for their irresponsible parents and us the taxpayers who have to monetarily pay for the children’s irresponsible parents actions!
