Practice makes perfect right?? I think it depends on who you are kissing. Everyone kisses differently. Two different techniques can make for a messy kiss. I've kissed a couple of guys over the years that were really really bad. Either that or we just didn't click in that department..

depends on the person. sadly some ppl will kiss like a dead fish for their whole lives lol. but i thnk most ppl improve.

I think I've always been a good kisser because I have never felt nervous or inhibited. If you feel nervous, it may be very awkward at first, but then get much better, like many other things in life. I just sort of always got lost in the moment of kissing and just naturally fell into it.

An individual can't really measure that; it be their partner, and if it's different partners and often, how will they have a baseline to compare it with? Just askin'.

Practice makes perfect. I mean we all have subtle little things we will do all of our lives when it comes to kissing but I'm a lot better at kissing than I was three years ago :P So I'm leaning more towards the "we get better over time" side :)

I think everytime you start kissing someone new, your technique changes...it has to to some extent otherwise it would be rather sloppy.
