Kim Kardashian is known for her famous curves ... and apparently, even she has a hard time keeping them under control. Kim was strutting her stuff in a skin-tight black leather dress for her appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday when she experienced a fashion emergency.

"About to do Jimmy Kimmel & my whole dress rips! Help!!! Time to sew me in...praying this works," she tweeted, including this photo of the back of her dress, which had split open at the zipper. She got it together in time for her appearance -- lucky Kim! However, the split got us wondering: Was Kim K's dress too small? Or did she simply have a wardrobe malfunction?

Her wardrobe malfunctioned because it was too tight. I've seen zippers do the same thing on overstuffed backpacks and suit cases. Had it been the front rather than the back I'd have said it was likely planned. In this case I'd say it was likely unintended.

I've never really understood the point of that saying. Sure some people will complain about a person b/c they just want to put them down, but the saying implies that people have no reason other than jealousy to not like x, y, or z about another person's attributes/skills/etc. But a lot of opinions are not based out of jealousy, but annoyance for say a singer who lip syncs or can't sing....part of the complaint is more the music industry itself. In this case, Kim K is basically famous for being famous (or at least very little reason), she has to seek out the lime-light to continue making money and promote her brands or rather brand herself. If you are seeking out attention, you can't expect it all to be wonderful.
