Kim Kardashian has an unlikely fashion rival: Rachael Ray. The TV chef wore a black Marc Bouwer dress to the Daytime Emmy Awards this weekend -- the same one the reality star wore on the "Late Show with David Letterman" last year, People reports.

Kim -- who wins points for wearing the dress first -- rocked her ample curves in the tight, sexy number -- and revealed an eyeful of cleavage through the sheer panel. Ray looked cute and classy in the same outfit, though her shoes were decidedly dowdier. Who do you think wore it best: 31-year-old Kim K, or 43-year-old Rachael Ray?

Rachael Ray is attractive in a non-flashy way and in that she appears to be trying too hard. Plus she doesn't really have the body for it, and it doesn't look well fitting, kind of like a black sparkly brick.

She looks much better in things like this:

Kim Kardashian, regardless of your opinion of her as a person, has rather voluptuous body and is made to wear flashy things like this dress.

Kim K wore it best. Although , I personally dont think the dress is that pretty; her figure adds flare to the outfit opposed to Rachel Ray who just seems bland. Kim K just makes the outfit stand out more.

No I dont like kim Kardashian but the dress fits her look. The dress isnt so formal it's more sexy like I'm going to a party and getting wasted. Rachel doesnt fit that look but she is classy.

I don't get what people like so much about Kim Kardashian... her nose is too long and her lips are far too big for her face. Curves? More like a fat, bulbous ass. At least Rachael Ray has a well-proportioned face and sexy curves.

For women showing cleavage, it isn't the only attractive feature. Women like Kim K., Pam Anderson, etc. show it off but when there isn't much on top so to speak, a woman can be just as glamorous. Like Rachael Ray here.

It pains me to say it, but Kim wore it better. Rachael is a beautiful woman, but this dress just looks wrong on her. She could easily find something less flashy, but still sexy. Then she'd blow Kim out of the water!
