Kelly Osbourne had her eyebrows bleached for a recent photoshoot and is facing criticism from the fashion world for deciding to keep them that way. She looked better with dark brows, but the daughter of the "Prince of Darkness" is known for pushing boundaries -- and shouldn't she be allowed to do whatever she wants? What do you think?
