    Hell yes!
It was the most horrifying time of my life.
To look in the mirror and see a whale of a girl when in reality I didn't weigh enough to stay grounded during a light breeze.
I had full blown bulimia and I popped diet pills like they tic-tacs on top of that.
    Stupid stupid stupid girl!
    Thankfully, I got help.

I say 'Way to go, Kelly!'
She looks perfectly fine, if you ask me. :)

I am not happy with the way i look..i see other women and i wish i could look like them. I have had quite a few 'fat days...but i can't diet because i do eat and i get crabby if i don't.
I think women who are very thin must have a lot of will power to not consume any food and that's something i don't think i couldn't do even if i wanted to.

People choosing between skinny and fat is like choosing which illness they would rather have. Hey ladies, there is an alternative: healthy

If you are losing weight the right way (working out & eating healthy-not diet a life change!) then you should brag! Congratulations on your progress!! I was a size 14 as well a few years ago but I changed the way I ate and started working out regularly- I am now a size 4. Confidence, however, comes from within and you should see yourself a beautiful no matter what size you wear. Because you are!

I was naturaly thin, then one day that changed now I am bigger than I'd like to be. Stick thin just doesn't look good.

But for some people it's not a choice it's just their body type and metabolism.Miss Clarkson's is shorter rounder type, stocky build that will never be thin.I think Jennifer Hudson's transformation is amazing and she looks perfect now. It's all about being healthy and happy.

Healthy, skinny, lean-muscled is also a lot more attractive. I'm not a fan of flab, though.

I'd rather just be super-healthy instead of super-skinny. Being super-skinny isn't for everyone. Everybody's body type is different.

I just want to be a healthy weight and feel good about myself when I look in the mirror. That means not underweight and not overweight.

I was 6'4 165. I have no desire to be that thin again. That is why I started taking vitamin supplements and lifting weights.

Started shoving my fingers down my throat at thirteen because instead of being able to wear a boys' size 9 pants, I now wore a gargantuan women's size 1. I weighed a vast 110 pounds at approximately 5'4" tall. I wrecked my metabolism through my eating disorders. It is only now that I am nearly 50 that I am trying to learn to accept myself as I am--which happens to be in a larger body at this point.
This is why I am so vehement when I see horrid, body snarking comments from people. The lies that we are told by the multi BILLION dollar diet industry continues to drive people (mostly young women) to disordered eating. I really wish I had known about Health at Every Size when I was younger. I had to stop dieting so I wouldn't get fatter--seriously. Dieting does not work. I'm a big person--I was not meant to weigh 100 pounds or less. But believe me, I tried to.
