We're just gonna say it: Katy Perry seems to be getting weirder and weirder by the day. The singer attended the Miu Miu show at Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday wearing a high blue ponytail that was straight out of "I Dream of Jeannie." And speaking of the '60s, Katy's eye makeup, pale pink lipstick, purse and baby blue smock all seemed to be right out of the free-love era, too.

"Katy is evolving," her makeup artist Jake Bailey told Style.com. "I think she's only begun to tap the surface of all the different looks she's going to do in her career. She likes to be over-the-top, maybe too much at times, but this is Fashion Week and she is respectful of the designers and she wants to represent."

Perry also went go-karting with Kim Kardashian at the Kanye West show after-party on Tuesday, The Daily Mail reports, and treated herself to some French treats. "Toasted ham and cheese on a baguette in the morning #parisisperfect," she tweeted. The "Teenage Dream" singer is also planning a 3-D concert-documentary movie about her life. Busy girl! Who needs Russell Brand, right?

Normal is subjective. Some people think that wearing gobs of makeup everywhere and trotting around on stilettos everyday is 'normal' but then again there are those of us who wear sneakers and t-shirts and claim it's normal. At least her outfits are creative- why shouldn't a celebrity be creative with their wardrobe? It's just clothing.

They can be creative, we all can! That's the beauty of living in a free country. We are all capable of making our own decisions even when it comes to our wardrobes and we are also able to voice our own opinions even if someone else may not agree with them.
