Katy Perry has been caught on camera without makeup ... again. The sexy singer appears bare-faced in her upcoming 3-D documentary "Part of Me," E! Online reports. Sneak a peek at the real Katy Perry below.

You'll recall that ex-husband Russell Brand posted an unflattering TwitPic of Perry back when they were still married, causing a bit of a sensation (he took it down almost immediately afterward.) But this time around, Katy wanted to reveal her true self.

"When you see the film, it's a bit scary because there's a lot of shots of me bloated with zits and normal," Katy Perry told Ellen DeGeneres. "I think it's important to start breaking down the idea that to achieve your dream you always have to be perfect or flawless or live in some kind of fantasy world. So that's why I decided to put everything into the film, in the most tasteful way." Do you think Katy looks cute without her cosmetics?

I think she looks cute and the whole idea that a woman has to wear makeup to look better is insulting.

I clicked the wrong one. I meant better. I don't like chicks in makeup. I never have. I think she looks cute without all that crap on her face. I think she looks real.Not totally understanding the straws in her top though.

Neither, it's just her normal face. I'm always facinated how people are sooooooo surprised that some celebrity looks completely different without makeup,...

Duh, there is a reason people (men and women) wear makeup.

If not for the makeup, tight clothes, big bon bons or autotune she would never be where she is now. Seriously though Russel Brand is what I would say is attractive though.

As friends and I would say when we were young and stupid. Bag the head.

She doesnt exactly look "worse" but she looks good with make up too... but that shouldnt be the only part of beauty, she might have gone both with her hair down but still... Hollywood and fame shouldnt be all about looks... it should be about heart and peoples true colors and i believe thats where the true beauty lies
