She's done it again. Longtime blue-haired beauty Katy Perry has dyed her hair purple, People reports. "Somehow in the middle of all this… I found time to change my hair color… Finally… #takeaguess #foreverawalkingpantonepalette," she tweeted Thursday.

Perry revealed her new look at the Coachella music festival over the weekend. While we'll always be partial to Katy's raven tresses, she's also had blonde hair this year, among other colors. So are all the changes damaging to her pretty hair?

"I know she does [at-home conditioning treatments], because she always calls me and asks me to send her more product," Perry’s stylist, Rita Hazan, told People in December. "She takes it seriously because she likes to keep her hair healthy. It doesn’t just stop at the salon -- it has to continue at home, too, and she understands that."

While we're still getting used to the purple, this lady looks surprisingly gorgeous in just about any hair color. Do you agree?

Purple is the color of wisdom, so I think it looks pretty darn awesome. Plus, it compliments her skin tone and eye color more.

PLEASE just do a natural-looking color. Like brunette or blonde, or even just jet black. Neon color hair or just a not-natural looking color is one of my biggest pet peeves on a person.

BUT seriously, I thought she wanted LESS attention. How about tone your entire image down, then you get less attention.

I hate the purple, but I thought the blue was somewhat sexy. Who cares though, Katy should just be Katy, whatever that is. If I were her I'd only ask myself one question, "Would I go back to my church like this?" If yes, keep it. However, she seems a little sad lately and I suppose divorce will do that to you....I just wonder if this is her way of reaching out or acting out?

The purple complements her darker brows and lashes, though, I think chunks of purple would have been subtler, but it's not my hair.

love purple hair buuuuut you have to be able to pull it off she has no edge what so ever... plus the kind of purple does not compliment her tone and looks a little like a wig... her hair just looks dried out and unhappy:(
