Forget Katie Holmes ... her 6-year-old daughter Suri Cruise has always been one of Hollywood's leading fashionistas. And now Katie is trying to catch up with her.

Holmes, 33, and Suri were spotted wearing matching outfits in New York City, with Suri in a white skirt, silver flats and a navy-and-white striped shirt, and mom in a similar white skirt and checkered top, E! Online reports. They both looked pretty and summery, but are matching mother-daughter outfits just too nauseating for you to handle? Hey ... at least Tom Cruise didn't join in on the fun!

It's not perfectly matching. And you know, I find myself doing this a lot when I pick out my daughter's clothes, and it's totally subconscious. We end up in similar outfits or color schemes a lot.
