Karl Lagerfeld really likes his cat. The 78-year-old fashion designer's nine-month-old Siamese kitty, Choupette, has two maids and even knows how to use an iPad! "She is a famous beauty," the fashion icon told Women's Wear Daily.

Then, Lagerfeld continued: "She is like a kept woman. She has a strong personality. She has lunch and dinner with me on the table, with her own food. She doesn’t touch my food. She doesn’t want to eat on the floor. She sleeps under a pillow and she even knows how to use an iPad. She has two personal maids, for both night and day. She is beyond spoiled."
However, one thing he won't do is design a little jacket for his cat ("I don’t like animals in human clothes"). Phew. Do you think the very rich Lagerfeld (who never had kids) lavishes too much attention on his pet? Or is it kind of cute?

All kidding aside, sometimes people with money can be SO stupid. Granted, it's their money to do with as they please but in a time when people want the "rich to do their share" well look no farther than the likes of folks like Mr. Lagerfeld... THAT is your 1%.
This is how "trickle down" works my friend.
Just remember there are rich folks on both sides of the fence.
So, what does the cat do on the ipad? Swat at icons? Personally, I wouldn't let my cat near a gadget worth 500 dollars or more- the cat will eventually knock it around and scratch it up. A cat swatting at moving pictures on an ipad does not 'know how to use it'.
Apparently the cat owns 20 ipads. WTF.WTF?!
Why not spoil a cat with a nice warm cat bed and lots of attention instead?
