I pick out my own clothes but sometimes I need someones advice what looks good, does it match, etc.

Not sure if that's cute or weird that he picks out her clothes.......

I dont k ow. If i want my sisters opion about my out fit i ask! But most of the time i wear what i want to.

By what is described in the paragraph for this question, it is obvious that Justin doesn't pick out the clothes for her. He simply helps her. A lot of people ask for another persons input on their clothes...

The way this question was phrased makes people think that it's like Justin is Jessica's mother...like setting out clothes for her to wear in the morning and stuff like that. So not the case!

Man....................GOD has blessed Justin Timberlake. He has one of the hottest girlfriends in the world. I would love to pick her outfits too. I think I can do pretty good at it.....lol

I think I have had enough of my mommy picking out my clothes til' i was like 13 ish. But getting other peoples' insight is cool once in a while, but I gotta choose my own stuff, because it's me rocking the apparel.

Family members and friends always ask me for advice. Does this go with this? What should I wear? I used to get annoyed, but now I take it as a compliment.

But I like wearing what I think appeals to men, I normally pick out my clothes for myself, however I do make purchases from a couple who have a boutique in Texas, and the husband usually picks out things that he thinks I'd like or look good in, and normally his choices is right on the money.

I cannot imagine the HORROR that would ensue if my boyfriend was allowed to construct my outfits for me... O.O

Justin doesn't pick her clothes, he just lets her know which of her picks he thinks works. Its obviously a routine they enjoy together and go's allot further then her relying on him to be able to dress herself lol.

i mean not like picking out my clothes, but i will ask my dad if an outfit, or my shoes look good and if he says no i will change... or if i think its looks really good i'll be like well im wearin it anyway!!:D haha

I pick my own but both me and my wife will ask each others opinion if it looks good .

I NEVER asked a man to pick out my clothes. I have my own sense of style. I might have asked how I looked, or which dress looked better.....but to have a husband or boyfriend pick out what you wear??? WHY??? How insecure to you have to be to do that? I am secure enough in my own decision on what I like and don't like, and what is right for me. Unless Justin is a cross dresser and wears them too..I just don't see why he needs to do it himself.

Wow, that's a little defensive. Haven't you ever asked a girlfriend, sister or mother for their opinion I don't see what's wrong with also asking it of your significant other - and if the guy is willing to offer honest and valid opinions beyond "No I don't think they make your butt look fat", he shouldn't be accused of being less than a man because of it.

I agree about an opinion. But to have them pick out the clothes routinely? That is entirely a different thing. I know a woman I work with whose husband goes with her whenever she buys a new dress or outfit. HE has to decide if he likes how she looks in it. If he doesn't, he tells her she can't buy it. I was with her once and he actually told her not to get a dress because her hips looked huge in it. Seriously??? Like she couldn't see that herself and needed him to say that?? That is his insecurity and him wanting to make her his trophy wife rather than just letting get pick out what she likes and is comfortable in. Yes, that case is extreme, but I think asking for an opinion or giving them a choice on which outfit they like better is normal and fine. But when the guy has to do the shopping and selecting the clothes....that is weird to me. It takes all the fun out of buying a new outfit. I like buying it and getting all dressed up and going for the surprise factor. I love seeing my guy's eyes pop and hear the wow! Much more fun!

WTF? I like to pick out my own clothes. I would feel weird if someone was telling me what to wear. I don 't care how awful my fashion sense is.

My mom hates my combat jacket, boots and baggy sweaters but I am never giving up the most comfortable attire I have ever worn. My combat jacket is so comfortable I sleep in it sometimes.

But the ex did pick out some of my clothes a few times

I have picked my own clothes since fifth grade

I know what I like, what looks best on me and what is comfy.

The only time someone picks my clothes for me is if they are buying me a gift.

I know what looks right on me and what doesn't. So I have no problem.

Skinny jeans or shorts, band t-shirts, and converse. Simple enough to me.

I don't have anyone to ask!!

Unless its some big occasion and i need someone to tell me which looks best. Other than that im good.

My wife generally tells me what looks good on me. She's the one with fashion sense in our family.

It sounds bad but I think I'm better at it than most people I know. My mom has great style so I ask her opinion sometimes but in the end, I go with what I feel is best. I know my body, I know what works for it :)
