Jennifer Love Hewitt appears to have had a breast reduction -- on paper, at least. The curvaceous actress wears black lingerie in promotional materials for her new Lifetime series "The Client List," but two different versions seem to be going around. The first version of Jennifer Love Hewitt (on the left) appeared on the back page of the Hollywood Reporter while the second version (on the right) lands itself on Entertainment Weekly.

Hewitt says she was surprised to learn about the reverse boob job. "Somebody sent me a copy of the photograph, and I was like, 'Um, what happened?' I'm not quite sure what's going on, but apparently somebody wanted me to have a boob reduction," she told KROQ's "Kevin & Bean Show" last Friday.

Fishbowl LA, which first reported the difference, is guessing that Lifetime made both options available to the media -- in case some readerships were a little more, er, conservative than others, but we haven't seen confirmation of that yet. Which promotion for "The Client List" do you prefer?

Some guys here think that there's no such thing as breasts that are too big. In the physical capacity, I've posted my "ideal" woman several times, and she would be defined as "slender". Enough said.

Ok...the before photo is what she reallyu has...even if they are fake...they are beautiuful fakes...the after photo is a retouched or photoshopped photo designed to tone down the boobage as not to offend the straight laced ( who will not watch the program anyway )....get it....?

This is for her and her alone to decide. Women with very large breasts tend to have problems with upper back discomfort. If she felt that her breasts were too large and opted to have a breast reduction, this is her business. Our society is way too obsessed with breasts.

And now I see that she didn't actually have a breast reduction, it was a photoshop. In case my answer would be WHO THE HELL CARES??? I don't tend to go around staring at people's boobs anyway. I look at their faces.

There were numerous photos all over Hollywood when it was done and she denied it. But it was obvious to everyone around here. The photos above were taken within a year of each other. It is extremely unlikely that would happen like that. A bra does not make that kind of difference either.
