    Jealousy is never good in relationship, it destroys it. You become suspicious of your spouse or mate which leads to invasion of space. Even in a relationship, the couples need space. Questioning begins and there goes disaster. Jealousy is not a show of love because love brings no sadness.

    to me it is bad cuz when ur jealous then u will push the other person away but on a second thought if ur jealous the other person will know u care bout them, so it can go either way, but to me i dont like wen the other person is jealous, but usually some people out there tht do

    A little bit (a very little bit) can be good. At least you know your significant other still cares. Too much will drive the other away and drive you crazy.

    So destructive.A healthy relationship is the safest place in the world built on love and trust.Jealousy=insecurity and nothing I can do will either make you secure nor can I be the reason for your insecurity.

    Slight jealousy might be a little good, but way too much of it can be disastrous.

    Not too much, just enough to know the person cares a bit.

    In a relationship no matter how long, every day is the first as well as the last day. If in front of people a relationship is ideal, it is fractured one.

    Why would it be good? This is like asking "Cripplingly low self esteem: good or bad in a relationship?"

    Well all things should be balanced. So alittle jealousy isn't that bad, but when you allow it to consume you then this is when things get totally out of Control.. jealousy

    Jealousy is negative energy and you don't want that creeping in on something that's supposed to be a positive thing.

    INSECURITY is not a good trait in a person at all...everyone gets jealous and protective but it is also stuffy and leads to one being clingy and immature!!! Get over it and move on, if you are with the type of perosn yoyu cannot trust they are not worth your time!!!

    I believe that three things are essential for any relationship to work

    Unconditional love, unconditional trust and unconditional respect...

    If you trust somebody then where is the need for jealousy?

    I know several people who were in realtionships where jealousy actually drove the partner away in a heartbreaking "self fufilling prophecy" sort of way...

    depends on the situation. If youre ok with your partner hangin all over someone else then theres a serious problem but if you freak out everytime they tlk to someone else then youre obsessive. you need a healthy balance

    Bad as showing no trust in a person but mostly exhibits immaturity. I have never been jealous. I don't like children's games in relationships and won't play them.

    Depends on how much there is and what comes as a result of it. A little jealousy is actually healthy in my opinion, it shows the other person that you care and are protective. Too much though is bad

    That is a sign of immaturity. You have no entitlements, you don't own anyone and those relationships were before you were around. Keep in mind that love should never blind anyone. You have only heard one side about the ex boy friends. Remember there is always her side, his side and the third side called the truth. You also don't know how long your current relationship is going to last, all the macho stuff does not make a man. Enjoy the relationship but also learn from it.

    Jealousy is a painful symptom of the mental disease called love.

    Song of Solomon 8:5-7
    5 “ Who is this coming up from the wilderness
    Leaning on her beloved?”
    Beneath the apple tree I awakened you;
    There your mother was in labor with you,
    There she was in labor and gave you birth.

    6 “Put me like a seal over your heart,
    Like a seal on your arm.
    For love is as strong as death,
    Jealousy is as severe as Sheol;

    Its flashes are flashes of fire,
    The very flame of the Lord.

    7 “Many waters cannot quench love,
    Nor will rivers overflow it;
    If a man were to give all the riches of his house for love,
    It would be utterly despised.”
