When you can murder, rob, commit arson, or repeatedly get caught with any one of a number of narcotics and then get sent to a place where you can workout, read, watch tv, and/or earn a degree even if you have no hope of being released back into society- that's luxury.
As for all those people awaiting execution for decades... a Mossberg 500 an a box of shells only costs about 450.00.

The white collar Prison means the rich doesn't get punished just because in prison if you have money you are a king or a queen

it depends, who is going to jail.

for some it is punishment , those that work and pay taxes and have a home and family .

for some it is a luxury , ever see the pig sty some of these animals live ? damn to the ghetto dwellers, this is like the ritz .... they even get hbo and air conditioning ,

I believe the rich would suffer more in jail! I am a conservative, and still did not want to see John Edwards go to jail! His career is over, and he will suffer!

Not at all,the rich get special food and other perks nobody else get,hell if they have enough money they even get to say where they do their time!! Do you think Maddoff is in a regular prison cell with everyday people?? The only thing the rich have to deal with in prison is they can`t leave when they want and that might even happen in some cases!!
