Yeah, you'll have to check your state's statutes and age of consent stuff. Real simple to look up online, you'll just have to do a bit of skimming and reading. Here in Idaho, the "age of consent" is 16. And if intimate physical contact is consented, it is okay for up to three years. E.g. 16 yr. olds can be physical with nobody older than 19, 17 year olds up to 21. That being said, if your parents do not want any sexual-type contact, they can take legal action against you.
