I'm confused...isn't this a OPINION site and isn't everyone entitled to their own opinion? Or is it everyone is entitled to HIS opinion and nothing else? I think Gays should have the opportunity to be just as miserable as straights.

well its a good thing you support gay marriage, thats cool. But for the blocking thats not a good or bad thing i guess, the person was probably just close minded. I hate people like that

It shows that you care about people even if they dint please everyone. Im straightvas well and u support gay marraige 100%. Gay people are tge same as straight except that they like the same gender as they are.

umm..it's your opinion that you support gay marriage so it's not a bad thing if the person who blocked you can't accept that you support gay marriage then it's their loss.

While I've never blocked anybody, I have been blocked by a few. Not knowing both sides of the story it's hard to say who was right. I have seen some people get too carried away in their rantings, ie. excessive swearing, and excessive name calling and hurtful personal attacks. But if you did not do any of those I would "guess" the other person was acting immaturely.

This person friended me for all of four days...placed links to all their questions in my message box and was pushing for my personal contact details. I answered most of the questions just to do the right thing but when I questioned them about their persistence I found myself blocked. It happened right after answering a question they posted about what God would think of gay marraige, so that's all I had to go on.

From what you say he sounds kind of strange, if someone pressed me for "personal contact details" I would take that as a red flag, and avoid that person. As for "what God would think of gay marriage", I think that would best be answered by your God. But these are just a couple of my opinions.

Their behaviour was very suspiscious and I'm kinda glad they're gone,I've been informed recently that they have been suspended but for what reason I don't know.
I've always believed that God forgives so I'll leave it up to him to decide for himself on the question of gay marraige...I will continue with my view because I've had so many gay friends in the past and wish to support them....if that is wrong of me then I'm sure that God will forgive me.

I also have gay friends and so I understand. I don't think God has anything to forgive you for...like you said earlier....we can't judge others and the lifestyle they choose is none of our business. So, I think you did the right thing by being honest about your feelings and you do have a right to your opinion on this site and in life.
