Giggle, giggle! There are times I could use that valium with a warm bath, but, alas, I used to be on Ativan and I won't go back to any of them again (although I recognize their purposes). Believe, I DID buy myself some "birthday presents." Shame on me. lol

Thank you so much. I, too, celebrate every year I'm alive and they seem to be just getting better. It's funny, you said browse a bookstore-- I LOVE bookstores. I often go and it will be hours later when I realize I need to go home. I did go for a walk.

There s/b an ALL of the Above so I choose none and reverse that to do whatever makes you feel good and I don't know about you, but sometimes I BEG for a day alone w/o my hubby or kids and can take a long bath-pop a bottle of wine, relax with some candles and music and it feels SO GOOD!!!!!!
Treat yourself to some time at the spa and INDULGE!!!!! Whatever you choose to do, ENJOY IT hon!!!!!!

Go for it. Those body wraps are WONDERFUL and your skin feels like silk when you're done. Think after I finish my next painting, wil schedule an appointment myself for a mud wrap and sugaring.
