Thanks to social-networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and LinkedIn, our old lovers are essentially popping up in our own homes. It's like having a secret stash of ice cream in the freezer. Even if it's a little stale, it can be hard to resist.

if your spouse asks you why you reconnected with that "old flame" again, wouldn't you feel guilty as if you did something that's not exactly good?

Let's be honest. Why would you do that? You might tell yourself it's innocent. But what's the real reason for 'friending' old flames? I find it's, most of the time, not as innocent as the person friending claims it to be.

If I can get along with an ex, I don't have a problem with it. Now, my ex, Chris...I try to block him on every site I join. He's not welcome in any part of my life whatsoever, I wish I didn't have to share this planet with him.

this has yet to happen to me....so, i would have to go with NO, let sleeping dogs lie!!! and yes, there is a reason that they are "old flames"....LOL!
