Why the hell can't you guys give a third freaking option?

Hamburgers and hot dogs ARE NOT A BBQ! They're a COOK-OUT!

If you want to have a BBQ you had better break out the works and deal up some brisket, pulled pork, ribs, steaks, and some side dishes!

Now when talking about BBQ, my favorite is Pulled Pork and Ribs, either from a “Pit”, or “wood (my choice is Hickory) Smoker”. None of that phony gas or electric junk!

I really don't care for neither one of the choices. One reason I don't care for beef is because of the mad cow disease. I use to love hamburgers but after seeing the documentary on mad cow disease that turned me away from beef. Hot dogs are alright but I don't really care for them either.

How many cows have mad-cow disease here? How many cases do you see in the news? ZERO. Once in a BILLION cows. NO CASES in humans.

Usually we grill vegetables

Then my roommate makes these really nice grilled mushroom burgers, completely vegan, but amazingly delicious.

I think they're stuffed mushrooms, not sure what exactly is in those pictures, but usually grilled and stuffed mushrooms just contain some spices and other vegetables or onions, depending on your taste.
