- Peggy 2012/08/05 13:30:30+1What is the humidity like in Eugene? We range from 25 percent to 70 percent. It makes a big difference in how the heat feels. I grew up in the Texas panhandle and humidity was nothing so 100 degrees was warm but survivable then evenings were cool. Dallas humidity is high and it feels like it never cools off once we start hitting our 100's. Our low this week has been 80.reply
