For the longest time I always considered this one girl my best friend, but high school has kinda separated us a bit. And there is this kid in my art class who I started liking and he knows this but there is zero awkwardness and I can trust him with almost everything so i guess my answer is yes.

We are really good friends, we hang out and talk. I have helped with planning a good date to saying the right things to a girl (for actual relationships not hook ups). And now he is trying to do all those things to me. I see him as a friend and he might be seeing something a little more now. So he might be my friend or not...

Well, he's not a boy anymore... technically, he's been a man since his bar mitzvah all those years ago, haha. But yes, but best mate is male and I'm female. We get on well, and despite a few bumps along the way (confessions of love, my not returning that sort of love, awkwardness, his girlfriends tending to hate me, etc, etc), I wouldn't change anything. He understands me in a way that no one else does, I understand him in that same way.

I have two really good guy friends I grew up with an older borther so I always hung out with his friends and they became mine. I used to have quite a few guy friends but they all moved off and got married so I don't get to see them much. I rather be BFF"s with a guy any day there isn't all the drama and attitudes that comes with having girl friends.
