Maybe consumers have grown to become uber-sensitive to things that are cutting-edge and a little controversial, but some critics are definitely upset about the latest cover of Vogue Hommes Internationale, where model Stephanie Seymour is being choked from behind by a male model.

Critics find the cover, which was shot by the popular-yet-edgy photographer Terry Richardson, unsexy and say that it sends the wrong message to both men and women. Do you think the cover is too much? Or are its critics being a bit too particular?

Because it raises awareness, that is the point. I went last year, and I plan on going this year because it is empowering, and being a fellow traveler myself, it helps to be with other women who have been through what I have.

I didn't see the cover as violent at all. She's lifting her hair and he was cradling her chin while going to kiss her ear/neck. I don't see violence in that shot at all. Sensual, yes. Violent? I think the critics are being a tad bit weird.

And I repaid 5000$ to my parents in 1 year

I've stop talking to him a long while ago. Just would have like the money anyway. I din't got furniture that wasn't mine since it was worth nothing. He financially won over me, but it was the only way to stop any connection.

But I'm proud I got around it, while he is still in debt, since 2 years

I protected myself correctly to not have kids until he would have a good job with a some school (only first year of high school)
