Lady Gaga is known for always wearing strange outfits. In fact, it's often hard to think of anything normal that the pop star has worn. Meat dresses, Kermit gowns, bubbles, the list goes on and on... but this newest outfit might be the weirdest yet.
The pop star was seen out and about recently in a gown that resembled a whoopie cushion inside of the Willy Wonka blueberry dress. It wasn't as extravagant as some of her attire from the past, but it was almost unwearable. It looks like she could barely walk, bend, or put her arms down.
