I meant to click yes. My wife and I have a better sex life now since her forced menopause (hysterectomy for cervical cancer) now that she doesn't have to worry about pregnancy.
Of course there is. With estrogen and viagra probably more sex than before. Also depends if there was sex before menopause. Lots of women in their 80's are having sex. Just have trouble finding a live one. haha
Thank you John............I'll be dangerous now!! Always wished for a crystal ball and a magic wand. Thought since I have a Halloween birthday I might actuallly get them. Would come in handy . huh?? I'll give you three wishes. haha
"How often respondents were having sex or whether they were having sex at all was, evidently, not a factor in their satisfaction. In fact, nearly half of women over 80 who were not having sex at all reported being sexually satisfied."
There were 3 elderly sisters on a talk show and they were talking about having sex. It turned into a discussion about sex habits among the elderly. I guess since the introduction of viagra and the use of estrogen you can indulge 'til you're half dead. There's a book out " YOUNGER NEXT YEAR" for women. Live strong, fit and sexy until you're 80 and beyond by Chris Crowley & Henry Lodge, M.D. It's a bestseller. Check it out.
I guess it's a personal choice. You don't have to have sex at any age if you're not into it. I know not to listen to TV. The b.s. is mostly in the political area but there's lots of info. on the net.
This is an opinion poll and every body's entitled to theirs. I have a good friend that said she was done but ran into an old flame and it was hot. A lot depends on what's going on in your head and in your relationship. There are many ways to have intimacy.
Never experienced a woman who went through it.But my work partner has(his girl). He told me that she takes meds for that and they have to use allot of KY jelly.
If you want it then you should be able to enjoy it. It does not mean that your dead, just that you don't produce eggs, and that you may not self lubricate as you normally used to. So its a mindset if you do or don't, a choice to partake of not to.
And you have a source reference to prove your claim?
