The funny thing about economics is that it's all made up. Think about it. Society progressed from cave men, to stone masons to urban dwellers that could make rockets to put men on the moon. All because we said a shiny rock and then a piece of paper had value. It's a funny thing economics. Funnier still is that what will send the world off a cliff and help nobody will be stock markets and treasury bonds crashing, both of which signify nothing material but are purely speculative.

Imagine an alien civilization looking at us from above. Seeing that we are ruining ourselves by placing blind trust in a system that is entirely smoke and mirrors designed to hand out incentives.

The Bible also says that we will be persecuted because of our faith in Him. If God would allow the first century Christians to suffer as they did, surely he'll allow the last century Christians to suffer persecution.

His love has already prevailed. Satan was defeated on the cross, but now we just have to suffer the battle even though the war is won. Like I always say, it doesn't matter how bad it gets here. We can put up with anything for 75 or 80 years at the most when you consider eternity.

That doesn't mean it will though. If weapons start getting collected and debt prisons come up you know it's really about to fall to pieces.

Sorry to disappoint you, but God was discovered last week, and he is part particle and part wave field. The Universe is being expressed on a GRID that is divided up into little blocks of energy...in a HIGGS field.

Once we understand how the energy grid changes properties to create reality, we can explore higher dimensions...which is where the astral dimension (purgatory) probably exists. Since there are 11 dimensions, we have 8 more dimensions, which are beyond regular space time, to explore. Your Heaven is located in there somewhere.

He adds mass where he feels like it, and looks over matter. Your day to day happenings are basically left up to free will...so you are on your own kiddo!

I suppose it depends where you beliefs are ,,,

in god ( a science ) of a power who give & takes life in all things ,,or just an energy ..

we all have a energy source in all us ( chemical reactions & biological functions ) or a power source to keep us alive ..it's all in the personal beliefs & faith ,,in a higher power or ???

Yes, absolutely. Mere fiscal band aids are holding the world economy in place. Europe has been badly abused by America, treated as though we have some mighty credit card with no limit; once they demand the Federal Reserve “put up or shut up” and stops it from printing worthless dollars, the whole fiscal house of cards will come tumbling down. The only reason it has not already happened is because European leaders understand the dilemma they’re in.

This is why so-called “Conservatives” in America have been so appalled by Obama and the Congress spending like there’s no tomorrow. Obama’s continued irresponsible spending and failure to address America’s energy dependence head on by authorizing oil exploration and drilling, as well as encouraging and permitting the EPA to place unconscionable restrictions on coal plants, are actually parts of a radical leftist scheme to bring about the economic catastrophe while Obama still has his radical leftist’s mitts on the government controls.

We have never been in such a terrible position and we have never had a worse government in control, totally adverse to the limitations of the Constitution. Let us pray and hope that we make it to a Romney presidency before the worst of it hits. It’s coming; the only question is when.

You do know, don't you, that most of the current spending was put in place by those so-called "Conservatives" in 2001/2002/2003/2004...For example, the current argument over whether to allow the Bush taxcuts expire or not. Those cuts were made as Federal Tax law in 2002 (under a GOP controlled government) and were set up with an automatic expiration date in 10 years. Why? Because without the 10 year expiration, the GOP tax plan would have been officially flagged as adding literally tens of trillions to our debt over the long term; by limiting it to just 10 years, it only added about 3 trillion. Except, of course, they now demand ALL the tax cuts be made permanent...adding yet again, trillions and trillions of debt! That is the so-called "fiscal conservative" plan!

Mittens made $22 million in one year, but he's worth over $300 million! He's admitted to an account in a Swiss bank, another account in the Cayman Islands (both of which he refuses to discuss or explain), and per his one year of tax returns made public (vs at least 5-6 for Obama, and compared to 12 years of tax returns Mittens' dad George Romney released 30 years ago when he ran for President) he has an IRA with somewhere between $20-100 MILLION in it...funny...IRA's were created as a middle-class savings/retirement tool, and limit how much you can place in them annually...how'd he get tens of millions into his?

    $160 BILLION?!?!

Bush added that much in just 8 months of his presidency!! At the height of the two wars he launched, we were spending over $120 billion per year just in Iraq/Afghanistan! When Dumbya walked into office in 2001, we were running a $154 billion SURPLUS (Thanks, Bill!)...when he walked out in 2009, we were four months into the nation's first trillion dollar annual deficit! Analysis of current spending finds about 40% of it is fixed spending we really have little control over; another 35% of it is entirely due to costs created by Dumbya and still running. And in fact, the lost revenue due to Dumbya and the GOP creating the Great Recession in 2007 is a major factor in our current annual deficit.

The height of the yearly deficit during the Bush years was $160 billion. The height of the obama deficit is $2 trillion a year.

I think people like the idea of apocalypse too much. That, or they're too paranoid.

There are countries in the world that are doing fine.

Back when the Great Depression hit, it was far worse than it is now, yet nobody expected it and people probably thought the same thing.

Do you have to ask? People without political, or economic savvy, like myself, can see this. There is a storm brewing and a lot of people don't want to admit to reality. They want to pretend it away, but the truth will hurt even more when it goes down. We just need to not worry and get prepared. There are good moments in life no matter who screws up the world.

It collapsed the day that Lyndon Baines Johnson launched his not so "great society".
That is when the dollar started on it's downward value spin to the point that a dollar today is only worth about .125 cent in 1950's money. The economy could handle it when there were only a few socialist states in the world, but once we joined in the mix the system lost it's stability.
Now, rather than families where you have a marriage with both biological parents, you have "babies daddies" and "babies mamas"
