I have recently been chewed out by someone that claims to be a christian (I am one as well) because I have a home based business, doing home parties for women, selling Marital aids and lotions, creams, and oils. Basically telling me I am imoral and evil. I obviously do not agree what do you think? please be nice...opinions only

Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer and no I donot believe it is a sin it just bothered me that this man decided it was. I did look it up on several "christian" websites and even checked my bible there is no mention of "toys" ect. being sinful other than if you think of someone other than your spouse while using them. I just wanted the opinion of others who may or may not be christians. I live in the "bible belt" and there are certain laws on these things and from what I can tell I am breaking non of them as was my only concern.

What you do in the privacy of you bedroom is your business. Enjoying and enhancing your sex life is not a sin.

What does your OWN conscience tell you? If it says "NO" then maybe you should re-examine your business dealings. If it says "YES" then why would you be worried about what someone else is saying to you?

Well, since you're a Christian, I checked your book of rules. I could find no mention of dildos, vibrators, cremes, lotions or anything like that so do that voodoo that you do so well!

BTW, the concept of sin is a creation of men to keep folks in line. As long as you harm none, do what you will.

"Sin" is something that people accuse other people of.

The opinions of other people are irrelevant. The opinion that matters is yours.

Lotions and creams? I think the person "chewing you out" is stuck in the middle ages, or sexually repressed. One of the problems with religion is it gives people the conviction that their own opinions are somehow those of a god. This person is not a friend.

Only if you want it to be :)

Or you can say this to the prick. "show me the exact phrase in the bible where jesus says "females are not allowed to use marital aids" or more specificaly "females are not allowed to use lotions, cremas and oils. Or even more specifically "females are not allowed to sell these things"?"
