The Peplum trend has been popping up -- or rather, flaring out -- all over the runway this season and you're sure to find shirts and dresses with these short overskirts at any major department store. They come in a variety of styles, so there is a peplum for every body type. What do you think of this trend? Are peplums hot or not?

Not hot, elegant seems like a more suitable adjective for this style. I especially like Rihanna and Scarlet's look. Lovely and classy, Hollywood needs more of that
