The Peplum trend has been popping up -- or rather, flaring out -- all over the runway this season and you're sure to find shirts and dresses with these short overskirts at any major department store. They come in a variety of styles, so there is a peplum for every body type. What do you think of this trend? Are peplums hot or not?

There isn't a single flattering silhouette currently possible that has not been done before, countless times.

Look at haute couture it you want their new ideas, people will never seriously wear those clothes though.
