These are the two most influential food documentaries to date in my life. I truly believe that if you spend the time to watch two movies, the way you eat and your expectations of your Congressional representatives may be forever changed...

don't have to watch no video, I can tell, I work out three to four times a week and seem like i'm gaining weight. Children bigger than the parents. All of us are not pigs, the food is contaminated. What are we going to do about it Mr. Man.

Watched the first video, and it taught me nothing I did not already know. Did not watch the second, as I suppose it is more of the same. It is also important to remember that what they have done to the chickens, cows, pigs and other animals, they are also doing to the proletariat.

I am an old codger, and not very strong anymore. If I were young, I would be kicking ass. But I am not young, so all I can do is pound the keys on my keyboard.

Wake up, young people. Otherwise you will be just like that cow in the cage that can not even turn around.

I watched them both. The cheap stuff is what many of us can afford. Therefore it follows that the poor are getting poisoned the most. The starch, sugar, etc. is the worst. It is sad that genocide is allowed for some to profit.

While I am not a scientist, I think it does not take one to really see the relationships out here. Poor folks buy sugars/starches as this is affordable. Next many get diabetes/obesity. Many eventually die from such conditions. Hence we see the socio-economic genocide at work. We also see the enabling in the governments profits from tobacco, alcohol, etc. Homelessness and dying for lack of healthcare=another form of whatever one wants to call it! Also, we have government in collusion with corporations to use GMF's (Monsanto), carcinogens in just about everything and so forth. I have read that Micky D puts sugar in the buns just to get folks addicted so they come back alot. I am not privey to much of this research by folks with integrity, but I do know it exists. The truth in most forms is being submerged for the profits of the capitalists who benefit and do not care about the welfare of the people. Check this site out:

Is partly why I started growing a garden a few years ago and it seems to grow bigger every year. I have become spoiled by being able to walk out to the garden and pick my vegatables in the morning and have them for dinner that evening. You can't get much fresher than that.

I have seen both, but knew about the problem before they were media ready. I have fought as hard as I can to make others and congressional leaders know that this is not acceptable. I have even started my own non-profit to help the homeless population and others get a real meal.

If you'd like to check out my site cool. If not no big deal. The site is www.scratchesrestaurant.org Feel free to check the site out and tell me what you think.

I feel the best way to counter-act the big business that cares little about food quality and to much about profits is to do it yourself or by someone you trust.

I'll set it to calendar, and thank you for any help you can give. I have full support from the Governor and all representatives. I am currently looking into a good avenue to try and get support from Michelle Obama since it is something from here State, and I know a cause she would love, but still kind of hard to get a hold of. lol

Again thank you for anything you can do to further a good cause.

I did not watch either one but beyond the shadow of a doubt our food and water becomes more "tainted" by the day. Look at the foods/products that have been contaminated by E.coli in the last couple of years and the bacteria in our water supply. There was just another report on the news today about some people who got food poisoning from E.coli contaminated beef.
I will not eat the meat at Wal-Mart because I don't know it's origins and it is inferior quality anyway after trying it a couple of times-YUCK!!!!! For that matter I will not eat KFC chicken, veal, lamb and read the labels carefully about where the beef I buy is raised/handled because of conditions at slaughter-houses and meat-packing plants. It is disgusting. labels carefully beef buy raisedhandled conditions slaughter-houses meat-packing plants disgusting
